secretary in general finishes queenstown gray

This gorgeous secretary was left in our hands while our client spent some time in Florida during the cold winter months. It's such a unique piece and we had so much fun collaborating on it.

After visiting her home and chatting awhile, we all agreed that charcoal was the perfect color. One of our favorite grays is General Finishes Queenstown Gray, so we started with that and added some Lamp Black to deepen the shade.

We wanted the knobs to be classy and elegant. We found these beauties at Hobby Lobby - score!!

We just love the character of this piece. The drawers are so cute!!

So much storage and a fully functional desk! I'd love something like this in my own home.
